Cancellation Policy
Double Dz Inc. main goal is to make sure our customers have a wonderful experience. Due to high and frequent customer volume all deposits are final. If for any reason a customer would like to switch the date of the excursion after they have already put down a deposit, there will be a $100 change fee.
Lost or stolen Items
The customer is held responsible for all belongings. We are not held responsible for any property of the customer.
Damages to Double Dz vehicle
Patrons are responsible fully for any damages made to the bus during their excursion.
